    Semos Cloud is built on SAP BTP as a native application, built on Workday Extend, and certified for Oracle HCM. Recognition and communications appear inside SAP Fiori, Workday, and Oracle Redwood interfaces as native moments, not as an external tool pointed at your HCM.

  • Do we need to replace any part of our existing HR stack?

    No. Your HCM stays the system of record. Semos Cloud runs as the intelligence layer on top of it. SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle HCM continue to hold canonical org structure and employee data. Semos Cloud reads from them in real time.

  • What employee data does Semos Cloud store?

    Only the fields your programs need, configured and controlled by your IT team. Semos Cloud syncs a minimized subset of HRIS data, encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Nothing is stored or cached in intermediate systems.
