At Semos Cloud, we’ve spent the past 18 months developing domain-specific AI agents for People and Culture Intelligence. That work has brought together our experience in recognition, rewards, communications and employee listening with the possibilities of SAP Business AI Platform. We’re proud to announce that Semos Cloud has qualified as a winner of the Partner agent race to SAP TechEd 2026, recognizing customer-adopted agents that have successfully completed SAP’s validation.

We presented 17 use cases as part of the initiative, drawing on a broader portfolio of more than 20 production agents. For us, this recognition celebrates the work of bringing those agents into real customer environments. For organizations running SAP SuccessFactors, it offers an opportunity to explore how domain-specific AI can support the people decisions their managers, employees and HR teams make every day.

Domain-specific agents, connected by Semos IQ

Our pro-code agents are purpose-built for five areas of people and culture work: Social Recognition and Rewards; EX Listening and Communications; People and Culture Intelligence; Manager Effectiveness and Development; and Total Rewards, Benefits and Pay Equity. Their scope ranges from supporting an individual recognition moment to helping HR understand patterns across teams and regions.

Powering them is Semos IQ, the intelligence layer of the Semos Cloud platform. It connects signals from recognition, rewards, surveys, feedback and communications with SAP SuccessFactors context, giving agents information they can use to interpret patterns and recommend relevant actions. Joule provides the conversational entry point, allowing managers and employees to ask questions and initiate supported actions within the SAP experience they already use.

The agents operate within the identity and governance controls of an organization’s SAP environment, preserving control over what they can access and which actions they are permitted to take. A person approves every action that affects an employee.

Semos IQ powers AI agents across recognition and rewards, employee listening and communications, people and culture intelligence, manager development, and total rewards, benefits and pay equity.

‍How employees, managers and HR can use the agents

For employees, agents bring familiar people programs into a conversation. Recognizing a colleague, nominating someone for an award, celebrating a milestone or redeeming a reward can begin with a natural-language request. These interactions give employees a practical way to participate through the SAP experience they already use, whether they want to acknowledge someone’s contribution or make use of a reward they’ve earned.

For managers, the possibilities extend from understanding their team’s culture to deciding how to respond. Agents can help them explore recognition and engagement patterns, compare survey findings and consider recommended actions. That context can support a recognition moment, a more focused check-in or preparation for a difficult conversation. Our on-demand demonstration of turning team signals into manager action offers a closer look at how these capabilities fit into a manager’s working day.

For HR, agents support work across the organization. Teams can investigate where engagement is rising or at risk, compare patterns across regions and identify where intervention may be needed first. They can also support recognition and incentive campaigns at enterprise scale. By connecting communication, listening and recognition signals, HR gains a broader basis for deciding where to focus its programs and how to equip managers to respond.

Start with a people challenge worth solving

Introducing AI into your people programs starts with understanding where it could make everyday work more useful. Managers may need better context before team conversations, employees may need an easier way to recognize colleagues, or HR may need to connect survey findings with a practical response. Each is an opportunity to explore how domain-specific AI agents can support the people responsible for that work.

Starting with a specific challenge gives you a clearer way to explore the agents, decide where they fit and assess whether they are helping. It also makes the evaluation more concrete: what information would an agent need, which actions could it support, and where should human judgment guide the response? Those questions connect the potential of AI with your organization’s priorities and the way your teams actually work.
